To start with, OIAL began its activities through dissemination of knowledge amongst the engineering fraternity through the field of Engineering. This was basically done keeping in view the rapid changes that were taking place and to meet the challenges and competition of the modern world.
Further, OIAL diversified its services in other fields also from conception of ideas of a structure to its inception and further to its protection.
We started equipping ourselves with Universal Testing Machine, Vickers, Brinell, Rockwell, & Micro Hardness Testers to test Mechanical Properties of Metals & Alloys. Chemical Testing & Non metallic materials like Rubber, Plastics, Wood, Insulating materials, all Building materials were included in our Scope of testing facilities.
Optical Emission Spectrometer which is capable of analyzing Iron, Copper, Aluminium, Nickel, Titanium, Cobalt & Zinc base alloys. Our Laboratory is approved by Government of India and recognized by Inspection Agencies like Lloyds, IRS, IBR, BV, L&T, NLC, EIL, BHEL etc. We have a team of Highly Qualified, Trained, Experienced, Motivated & Dedicated persons to facilitate day to day and developmental activities. Our Laboratory is fully equipped for catering all testing activities.
